1. Bike racks are provided in front of the Sportspark for bike storage.
2. Use of these is restricted to Sportspark users for the duration of their visit only
3. To protect the fabric of the building and the landscaping around the Sportspark bikes may only be parked or attached to the racks provided.
4. Notices at both ends of the Sportspark concourse advise customers that bikes not parked in the racks or, bikes left by persons not using the Sportspark, or by persons who have finished their session at the Sportspark may be immobilised by the Sportspark.
5. A release fee of £5 will be charged.
6. Bikes left unclaimed for 72 hours will be removed from the racks and any costs incurred by the Sportspark will have to be reimbursed along with the release fee, before the bike is returned to the user/owner.
7. Bikes that have been removed will be passed to Estates(Security) and stored/disposed off according to their procedures.
8. Bikes are parked at the owner’s risk and the Sportspark and University of East Anglia cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
