Our customer feedback processes form part of our commitment to uphold Sportspark’s customer service values. These 5 values, known by the acronym SPICI, are:-

Customer Comments Cards (Facilities and Service)
We really do value our customers’ feedback and are proud to offer a formal process where you can highlight areas where you think we could improve, give suggestions on other classes/services that you’d like to see introduced, and compliment us when you think we’ve got it right.
You can provide feedback to us online (links below) or by filling in one of our Customer Comment Cards (available in our foyer). This process allows us to monitor your comments, complaints and compliments, so that we can continue to improve our services and facilities.
Sportspark Inspiring Customers Initiative - Staff Recognition Programme
In addition to our Customer Comments Cards, we are now offering customers the chance to give feedback about individual Sportspark team members. Our Management Team constantly challenge staff to offer the very best service levels possible, and in turn, we would like to reward these individual team members when they offer extraordinary service that goes ‘above and beyond’.
If you have experienced exceptional service by a Sportspark member of staff, we would be grateful if you could nominate them for our Employee of the Month award.
