Circuit Training


Circuit training sessions are available at the Sportspark on a regular basis. The classes are taken by our Sports Science graduate Fitness Advisors and are designed to accommodate the requirements of all fitness levels.


Circuit Training / What
Circuit training is a great way of improving your fitness in a balanced and structured way. Circuit training involves cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and speed exercises and is delivered in such a way that you can work individually and within the limitations of your own existing fitness levels. Our Sports Science graduate Fitness Advisors lead the sessions, so their experience allows for a different circuit on each occasion.

Circuit Training / Where
Circuit training is held 3 times per week at the Sportspark. Monday and Tuesdays (13.00 to 13.40pm) in the Barclays Arena and on a Wednesday evening (19.45 to 20.45) in the Dance Studio.

Circuit Training / How
Just turn up and purchase your circuit training ticket at the main reception prior to the activity starting. Monday and Tuesday circuits are free of charge (non-card holders will still be required to pay the normal *60p admission charge).

Circuit training participants should abide by the terms and conditions of the Barclays Arena and the Dance Studio at all times.
