Aerobics / What
From Body Conditioning to Step Aerobics, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced aerobics person, you will find a class that suits your taste and ability.

For 2008 we have introduced some new classes ( see the timetable below) and a new instructor - Hannah - she will be with us on Sundays...look out for her new Dance Courses too...see our Activity Courses page.

Held in our light, airy studio with a sprung wooden floor which enjoys marvellous views across Earlham Park.

Class Alterations

January 16th - Wednesday - Carlota will be covering for Lou's classes 5.30 - 7.30pm


January 25th - Friday - Carlota will be covering for Donna's classes 12.15 - 2pm

12.15 - 13.05  Sarah  Aerobics:Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning. 
13.10 - 14.00  Sarah  Body Conditioning: Easy to follow toning class for all abilities. Excellent for flexibility 
17.30 - 18.30  Angela  Body Toning: Whole body toning, suitable for all 
18.30 - 19.30   Angela  Aerobics: Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning 
WEDNESDAY     
12.15 - 13.05  Donna  Step & Tone Aerobics: Fun, energic workout 
13.10 - 14.00  Donna  Legs,Bums & Tums: Low impact, lower body workout 
17.30 - 18.30  Louise  Body Toniong: Gentle exercises, suitable for all abilities. General all over toning 
18.30 - 19.30  Louise  Aerobics - Hi/Lo: Calorie burning and tone 
THURSDAY     
17.30 - 18.30  Sarah  Body Conditioning: Easy to follow toning class for all abilities. Excellent for flexibility 
18.30 - 19.30  Sarah  Aerobics:Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning. 
FRIDAY     
12.15 - 13.05 NEW  Donna  Groove FX: a selection of club, disco, latin & hip-hop aerobic routines 
13.10 - 14.00  Donna  Yoga'lates: a mixture of yoga and pilates style movements with a fitness slant 
17.30 - 18.30  Carlota  Salsa Aerobics: Latin Rhythms with cardiovascular exercise 
18.30 - 19.30 NEW  Carlota  Body Conditioning:Toning & Aerobic workout. All abilities welcome 
SATURDAY     
10.00 - 11.00  Carlota  Step Aerobics: Fun and easy to follow 
11.00 - 12.00  Carlota  Body Toning: gentle exercise suitable for all abilities. General all over toning. 
SUNDAY     
17.00 - 18.00 NEW  Hannah  Street Dance: Modern dance/aerobic style workout class 
18.00 - 19.00 NEW  Hannah  Aerobics: Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning

Policy
• Classes cannot be pre-booked (first come first served policy)
• Ticket/cards must be handed to the instructor. Receipts will not be accepted.
• Class length is approximately 50 minutes.
• You must arrive on time. No late entries allowed.



Studio Etiquette

All customers, please note:

CLASS TIMES – Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes later than the advertised start time may be refused entry, as it can be disruptive and is deemed unsafe to miss the warm up.

TICKET/CARD – please hand your ticket/card in to the instructor. Each customer requires 1 ticket per class.

CLASS CAPACITY – the capacity for aerobics is 60 and step is 30. All classes operate on a ‘first in’ basis, therefore if the class is full, a sign will be placed on the door and no other entries accepted.

EQUIPMENT – please arrive at the studio ready for a class. All belongings MUST be stored in the dry side changing rooms. Suitable sports trainers with non-marking soles must be worn.

MOBILE PHONES – MUST be left in the changing rooms.

INJURIES/ILLNESS – Please inform the instructor of any injury/medical condition that may affect the exercise you undertake.
