From Body Conditioning to Aerobics, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced aerobics person, you will find a class that suits your taste and ability.

AEROBICS TIMETABLE - running over the summer as below

TIME TABLE CHANGE We would like to welcome a new instructor to Wednesday lunchtimes and Friday evenings ~ Teri! On Wednesdays she will be offering Step Aerobics at 12.15pm and Fitness Pilates at 1.10pm. On Fridays at 5.30pm we have a Latin dance style aerobics class with a Functional Body Conditioning Class at 6.30pm.

EXTRA CLASS ~ Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Due to demand and high numbers in classes we have added another Step style class from 7.30pm ~ why not give it a go and take along a friend!

Friday lunchtime classes are now only one class from 12.15pm - 1.05pm which is Step Aerobics.

Held in our light, airy studio with a sprung wooden floor which enjoys marvellous views across Earlham Park.

12.15 - 1.05pm  Sarah  Aerobics:Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning. 
1.10- 2.00pm  Sarah  Body Conditioning: Easy to follow toning class for all abilities. Excellent for flexibility 
5.30 - 6.30pm  Jackie  Low impact aerobics:gentle workout with body toning suitable for all 
6.30 - 7.30pm   Jackie  Step Aerobics: Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning 
7.30 - 8.30pm  Jackie  Step Aerobics: Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning 
WEDNESDAY     
12.15 - 1.05pm  Teri  Step Aerobics: Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning 
1.05 - 2.00pm  Teri  Fitness Pilates: Exercise programme to improve posture, flexibility & core strength 
5.30 - 6.30pm  Louise  Body Toning: Gentle exercises, suitable for all abilities. General all over toning 
6.30 - 7.30pm  Louise  Aerobics - Hi/Lo: Calorie burning and tone 
THURSDAY     
5.30 - 6.30pm  Sarah  Body Conditioning: Easy to follow toning class for all abilities. Excellent for flexibility 
6.30 - 7.30pm  Sarah  Aerobics:Fun and easy moves for calorie burning and toning. 
FRIDAY     
12.15 - 1.05pm  Carlota  Step Aerobics: Fun & energetic workout 
     
5.30 - 6.30pm  Teri  Latin Dance Aerobics: South American Rhythms with cardiovascular exercise 
6.30 - 7.30pm   Teri  Functional Body Conditioning: works all those areas and more ~ try this new and exciting class. 
SATURDAY     
10.00 - 11.00am  Carlota  Step Aerobics: Fun and easy to follow 
11.00 - 12.00pm  Carlota  Body Toning: Gentle exercise class, suitable for all abilities. General all over toning 
SUNDAY     
~ no classes running on a Sunday evening during the summer

Policy
• Classes cannot be pre-booked (first come first served policy)
• Ticket/cards must be handed to the instructor. Receipts will not be accepted.
• Class length is approximately 50 minutes.
• You must arrive on time. No late entries allowed.



Studio Etiquette

All customers, please note:

CLASS TIMES – Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes later than the advertised start time may be refused entry, as it can be disruptive and is deemed unsafe to miss the warm up.

TICKET/CARD – please hand your ticket/card in to the instructor. Each customer requires 1 ticket per class.

CLASS CAPACITY – the capacity for aerobics is 60 and step is 40. All classes operate on a ‘first in’ basis, therefore if the class is full, a sign will be placed on the door and no other entries accepted.

EQUIPMENT – please arrive at the studio ready for a class. All belongings MUST be stored in the dry side changing rooms. Suitable sports trainers with non-marking soles must be worn.

MOBILE PHONES – MUST be left in the changing rooms.

INJURIES/ILLNESS – Please inform the instructor of any injury/medical condition that may affect the exercise you undertake.
