Join us for a FREE Open Day to see what our Fitness in Later Life (50 years +) programme can offer you.
On Monday 17th October we will have many activities to try including badminton, cricket, aerobics, yoga, pickleball, climbing, swimming, table tennis, walking football, walking netball and more...Our Cafe is also open all day serving hot & cold food and refreshments.
Now in its 14th year, our programme has developed into a friendly, active and sociable group of people who meet regularly to exercise, try new sports and enjoy each other's company.
