Swimming Pool ~ Next pool closure is Saturday 27th March 01/03/2010

Climbing Wall Re-routing Sunday 7 March 2010 28/02/2010
The Cave will be closed from 8.20am - 6pm on Sunday 7 March for re-routing, to allow this to happen 6 places on the wall will also unavailable for use. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we try to maintain our facility to the best possible standard.

Starlight Walk 2009 Total to Date £43,543.00 13/08/2009
Great news~ total to date is £43,543.00 raised through entry fees and sponsorship money. Please could we ask all those who took part to collect and send in their sponsor money, it sometimes is a job that gets forgotten but it is really the most important part of The Walk. We would love to beat our total from last year. Don't forget ALL entry fees and sponsorship money goes to Norfolk's Macmillan Community Cancer Nurses. Last year that came to over £60,000 plus Gift Aid bringing our total in 3 years to nearly £150,000. Note for the diary, next year's date is FRIDAY 18 JUNE 2010.

Drop-In Daytime Yoga Intermediate Classes 10/08/2009
We have introduced a new drop-in session for yoga enthusiasts on Friday mornings from 11am - 12noon. If you have some expeience of yoga and fancy returning to it then this will be just the place.
