      The times below are the general opening hours for each area. For more specific times and availability for particular activities please refer to the relevant pages. Please also refer note that our Christmas/New Year opening hours are slightly different and full details can be found at the bottom of this section.

      Sportspark opens at normal times during bank holidays.

      Monday – Sunday: 06:30 to 22:20


      Swimming Pool
      Times vary, please refer to the pool timetable on our Pool webpage.


      Indoor Courts
      Monday – Sunday: 07:00 to last booking at 21:40.


      Outdoor Courts
      Monday- Friday: 09:00 to 22:00
      Weekends: 09:00 to 21:00


      Climbing Wall
      Monday – Sunday: 07:00 to 22:20


      Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 21:30
      Friday to Saturday: 07:30 to 21:00

      Last food orders 30 minutes before close.

The Norwich Sport Relief Games, is going to be one of the BBC's six national televised events and not only will Sportspark be hosting Sport Relief’s Flagship Swimathon, but we’ll also be hosting lots of free activities on the day!

To celebrate the Sport Relief Games on Sunday 20th March 2016, Sportspark and Active Norfolk are hosting lots of fantastic free activities* for all of the family. Activities take place within Sportspark and the Sport Relief Games Event Village, Earlham Park.

The Sport Relief #Gregathlon Challenge
Greg Smashed it! 5 Triathlons. 5 Days. 5 Cities.

BBC Radio 1 DJ/ Presenter and former UEA student Greg James, successfully completed his incredible 2016 Sport Relief challenge on Friday 12th February.

This was no mean feat, in which Greg ran, swam and cycled an incredible total distance of 246.3 miles during his challenge with the aim of raising awareness and sponsorship monies for Sport Relief 2016.

On the final #Gregathlon leg, students and staff at UEA and Sportpark cheered him on as he ran through the university campus on his way to the finish line and hero's welcome at The Forum in Norwich.
