Staff Recognition Scheme
Our customer feedback processes have been running for a couple of years now and we really appreciate all the comments, suggestions, and yes complaints too, as we aim to improve our services.
This system is now being extended to allow you to offer feedback about our individual team members. Staff are challenged to provide the best service levels possible, and we’d like to be able to acknowledge when you experience service that you believe goes ‘above and beyond’ the ordinary. SPICI, the Sportspark Inspiring Customer Initiative, will be going live later in October.
This new scheme will be publicised around Sportspark, and alongside our Customer Comments Feedback system, we will also introduce Staff Recognition forms, or you will be able submit staff feedback via the link at the bottom of each page on our website.
