Important Customer Announcement – University Parking

The University has recently appointed a new parking enforcement provider. As part of this transition, you may have noticed updated parking signage appearing within the main UEA car park.

We would like to share an important reminder to help ensure parking runs smoothly for Sportspark customers when using that parking location.

• Please park only in designated areas.

• Please remember that free parking for Sportspark customers in the main UEA carpark, is only available after 16:30 Monday to Friday or anytime at weekends.

• To receive free parking, validation must be undertaken prior to leaving the venue by using one of the two tablets located within Sportspark Reception.

• Any parking outside of those times will not be validated and will require relevant payment.

• Please ensure validation is performed accurately and check your registration details carefully. A regular mistake is using zeros and the letter ‘O’ incorrectly.

• Follow all posted parking regulations.

Please be reminded that the UEA car park is NOT part of the Sportspark facilities, and the operational requirements of that location must always be adhered to. No exceptions to the fee structure or parking enforcement rules will be made by either Sportspark or the University.

These measures help support the effective management of campus parking and help maintain fair access for all.
