About Fitness Forward 2026
Fitness Forward 2026 is a 4-week personal training starter programme for anyone who wants a clear plan and a bit of guidance, without pressure or long-term commitment. Whether you’re new to the gym, coming back after a break, or just not sure how to train on your own, this programme is designed to help you feel confident and capable.
How much it it?
Four weeks, four sessions for only £75.
Starting with a consultation and assessment, you’ll work one-to-one with a personal trainer each week, with regular check-ins to support your progress. At the end of the four weeks, you’ll have a success session and a personalised plan to help you decide what comes next.

Initial Consultation
The first part of the programme will be an initial consultation with our personal trainer Aaron. He will go over the following with you:
Weigh-in and body composition check
Nutrition and lifestyle assessment
Health screening and basic movement evaluation
Discussion of goals, commitment level, and training preferences
Assignment to a trainer based on personality, availability, and goals

4 Personal Training Sessions
Following your initial consultation, you will be paired with one our personal training for the duration of the month.
You will receive:
One personal training session a week over four consecutive weeks.
Regular check-ins with your trainer

Success Session
At the end of your four week programme, you will receive a final review session with Aaron.
This session will include:
Repeat weigh-in/body composition
Review improvements in strength, mobility, energy, confidence, etc.
Discussion of your experience with your personal trainer

Aaron Vincent
Aaron is an experienced personal trainer with thousands of hours coaching hundreds of clients. Whether a client’s goal is weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or simply feeling more confident in the gym, he helps them achieve it.
Although Aaron has been involved in sport and bodybuilding most of his life, he also experienced depression and addiction in his 20s, which left him unfit, unhealthy, and obese. Overcoming that journey allows him to relate to both seasoned gym-goers and beginners starting out. He offers personal training, tailored programmes, nutrition and meal planning, plus full online, message, and phone support to keep clients on track.

Alastair Baggiony-Taylor
Alastair began his fitness journey feeling apprehensive about training alone and avoiding free-weight areas, but he has developed into an experienced multi-sport coach, working in youth team sport, swim teaching, and strength & conditioning for sub-elite athletes. Having graduated after four years at university, he understands the pressures of academic life, time constraints, and lifestyle habits. Using this experience and his own training philosophy, Alastair aims to optimise fitness around busy schedules, helping clients achieve their sporting or personal goals while promoting body positivity and balance. He is always seeking new challenges to expand his knowledge and push both himself and his clients to achieve more than they thought possible.

Rae Goodacre
Rae has been interested in fitness from a young age and first aspired to become a personal trainer and coach at 14, shortly after joining the gym. Their passion for coaching grew from building their own confidence through training, and they are committed to helping others experience the same. Rae has been training for 10 years, starting with functional fitness alongside football before transitioning into CrossFit and Hyrox.
Rae aims to create a safe, comfortable space for anyone to train. Their focus is on inspiring, motivating, and supporting clients as they build consistency, develop sustainable habits, and celebrate every achievement along the way.

Nada Sayed Ahmed
Nada is a qualified personal trainer who is passionate about helping others build confidence and strength in and out of the gym. She focuses on making fitness accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to individual needs. Whether clients want to lose weight, gain muscle, boost endurance, or simply feel better in their bodies, Nada guides and supports them every step of the way.
With a background in sports development and martial arts, she understands the dedication and mindset needed to achieve long-term results. Her approach is centred on creating fun, structured, and effective workouts that keep clients motivated while pushing them toward their goals.
