UEA Sportspark Holiday Club – the place to be during the school holidays, designed to engage 4–13-year-olds in engaging enrichment activities!

Our Holiday Clubs are the perfect solution to entertaining and keeping your family active during the school holidays.

• An exciting activity programme, structured to provide all children the opportunity to thrive, enjoy and explore new activities!

Our programmes offer a mix of sports, games and creative activities led by experienced coaches in a safe, supportive environment. Check out our upcoming holiday dates below and plan your next school break with us.

Each day at Holiday Club looks different, with our groups navigating a set timetable which is composed of the following activities…

• Team Sports including Basketball, Football, Handball and Ultimate Frisbee

• Racket Sport including Tennis, Short Tennis, Pickleball, Squash and Badminton.

• Bat and Ball Sports including Rounders, Kwik Cricket and Danish Longball.

• Invasion Games including Capture the Flag and Tag Rugby.

• Artistry Sports like Dance and Cheerleading.

• Lifestyle Sports like Rock Climbing.

• Holiday Activities including Creative Crafts, Bracelet Making, Smoothie Making, Outdoor & Adventurous Activities.

• Children’s Favourites including Sports day Games, Dodgeball Tournaments, Swimming and Gymnastics and so much more!

All Holiday Club bookings are managed and processed via the UEA Online Store.

We are introducing a Holiday Club Sticker Loyalty Card. Each Holiday Club will have its own themed sticker for children to collect.

You can pick up an A4 loyalty card when your child attends Holiday Club. There are six sticker spaces, one for each programme:

• October / Halloween 2025

• December / Christmas 2025 to 2026

• February 2026

• April / Easter 2026

• May 2026

• Summer 2026

Collect all 6 stickers

Book at least one day in each programme, collect all six themed stickers, and return the completed card to our team by 1 September 2026.

Your child will receive a free day of your choice in the 2026 to 2027 Holiday Club programme.

Can’t attend every Holiday Club?

No problem. If you collect 3 stickers, return your card by 1 September 2026 and you will be entered into a prize raffle to win a free day in the 2026 to 2027 Holiday Club programme.

Good news for our junior members! You can enjoy our Holiday Club at a special discounted rate, making it even easier to join in the fun, stay active, and make the most of the school holidays.

Sportspark’s Junior/Educational Sportscard is available for all juniors and those in full-time education.

The benefits of Sportspark’s Junior/Educational Sportscard include:

• Free entry into Sportspark (normally 80p).

• Junior members (aged 5-15) pay just £1.85 for off-peak swimming during all school holidays and £3.60 for off-peak swimming during term time (non-members swimming price is £6.90 at all times).

• Discounted pricing on many Sportspark activities including Holiday Clubs, climbing tasters, and a variety of courses including gymnastics, Fit Kidz and squash.

All purchases at member rate, without a paid Junior Membership present, will require the purchase of a Junior Membership prior to your first date of activity.

We regularly collect feedback from families to make sure our Holiday Club continues to deliver a fun, safe and welcoming experience for every child. The statistics and testimonials below are based on customer feedback from more than 200 reviews since 2024, giving a real insight into what parents and children enjoy most about their time with us.

• All cancellations must be directed to scd.sportspark@uea.ac.uk clearly stating the participants name(s) and the dates in which you wish to cancel.

• Refunds are only payable in extenuating circumstances where a medical reason is present, and a doctor’s note can be provided. This must be arranged directly with a Community Coordinator via scd.sportspark@uea.ac.uk.

• The Sportspark reserves the right to alter or cancel any session or course, if circumstances beyond their control deem it necessary. An alternative may be offered and the Sportspark will endeavour to keep all participants well informed as far in advance as possible.

• All purchases at member rate, without a paid Junior Membership present, will require the purchase of a Junior Membership prior to your first date of activity.

Big Norfolk Holiday Fun is a centrally government funded programme aimed at Free school meal eligible and otherwise vulnerable children, aged 5-16 years. (or 4 if your child is slightly younger but in school). It is designed to offer a safe and fun activity to get your child moving and active, eat a healthy meal, learn new skills, and meet other children during the school holidays.

The scheme locally is run in partnership with Norfolk County Council and Active Norfolk.

The UEA Sportspark is proud to be an activity provider through this scheme, offering accessible enrichment activities during the Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays each year.
