    Iain Kermode BA. Hons

    Having worked in the fitness industry since 2009, Iain has supported more than 200 clients. He understands the challenge of balancing fitness with everyday commitments and focuses on helping people develop enjoyable routines that deliver results while still fitting into their lives.

    Iain is a keen sportsman, having played cricket all his life, and he also enjoys strength training, golf, and football. He is the current Fitness Manager at the Sportspark.

    Sarah Daynes

    Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and Management and an MRes in Sport and Leisure Management. When she began working in leisure management in 2015, she noticed a lack of inclusive fitness spaces and trainers in Norfolk. This motivated her to qualify as a personal trainer in 2017, and she has since completed additional training to specialise in inclusive fitness.

    Her focus is on functional fitness, supporting clients to maintain or enhance their everyday wellbeing through tailored exercise programmes.

    Rae Goodacre

    Rae has been interested in fitness from a young age and first aspired to become a personal trainer and coach at 14, shortly after joining the gym. Their passion for coaching grew from building their own confidence through training, and they are committed to helping others experience the same. Rae has been training for 10 years, starting with functional fitness alongside football before transitioning into CrossFit and Hyrox.

    Rae aims to create a safe, comfortable space for anyone to train. Their focus is on inspiring, motivating, and supporting clients as they build consistency, develop sustainable habits, and celebrate every achievement along the way.

    Adam has been a Personal Trainer since 2017 and a Strength and Conditioning coach since 2018. With a lifelong sporting background, his passion for training grew from wanting to improve his own performance, and he now uses that knowledge to help others reach their full potential. He prides himself on delivering excellent customer care and creating programmes that are both fun and effective, ensuring steady progress toward each client’s goals.

    While Adam aspires to work full-time as a Strength and Conditioning coach, he already enjoys supporting athletes who want to improve their speed, strength, and agility.

    Although Aaron has been involved in sport and bodybuilding most of his life, he also experienced depression and addiction in his 20s, which left him unfit, unhealthy, and obese. Overcoming that journey allows him to relate to both seasoned gym-goers and beginners starting out. He offers personal training, tailored programmes, nutrition and meal planning, plus full online, message, and phone support to keep clients on track.

    Josh is a sports student and personal trainer at the UEA Sportspark. He began his journey in personal training and assisting clients over three years ago and has loved every moment of it. His mission is to help people get fit and healthy, focusing on gym-based training and calisthenics. Whether clients want to lose weight, build muscle, or learn new skills, Josh is dedicated to facilitating their fitness journey.

    Josh’s introduction to health and fitness came over five years ago through calisthenics, a form of training that focuses on mastering bodyweight exercises with minimal equipment. He now shares his knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goals.

    Alastair began his fitness journey feeling apprehensive about training alone and avoiding free-weight areas, but he has developed into an experienced multi-sport coach, working in youth team sport, swim teaching, and strength & conditioning for sub-elite athletes. Having graduated after four years at university, he understands the pressures of academic life, time constraints, and lifestyle habits. Using this experience and his own training philosophy, Alastair aims to optimise fitness around busy schedules, helping clients achieve their sporting or personal goals while promoting body positivity and balance. He is always seeking new challenges to expand his knowledge and push both himself and his clients to achieve more than they thought possible.
