Our newly refurbished Fitness Centre on the ground floor has over 130 pieces of equipment, with new machines, flooring, strength and conditioning areas and new visual graphics featuring local athletes, the facility has been revamped. Our Functional Studio is located above the gym, this space is used as part of our group exercise programme, private hire, PT sessions and is a very dynamic space.
Our fitness suite also includes the dance studio boasting views over Earlham Park. Every user must have a gym induction before using the gym for the first time.
Join us for a class in our Myride®+ Indoor Cycle Studio. Myride is a virtual indoor cycle experience
allowing you to enjoy sessions with either a virtual instructor, virtual tour video or an instructor-led sessions. Virtual tour locations include the French Alps, Northern America and The Italian Dolomites.
