We only offer outdoor cycle sessions.
On each day the available time will be split into 2 x 45 minute sessions as listed below where 10 cyclists together with a family member or carer will be able to bring their own or borrow the adaptive bikes and enjoy a session.
By using specially adapted cycles, the activities are both physically and mentally stimulating and above all fun. Inclusive cycling sessions are held at the Sportspark track providing a safe environment for our athletes to hone their cycling skills. There will be opportunities to take part in skill and speed training if cyclists are eager to progress to competition or just improve their skills.
Cyclists will have to book in with Sportspark before the date due to the sessions being very popular.
Sportspark volunteers will be on hand issuing the bikes and helmets, giving instructions to the cyclists.
Family members/carers will be responsible for the cyclists, including getting them on and off bikes, escorting them etc.
The cost of a session will be £1.50. To book a session please call us on 01603 592398.
