Personal trainer Reece Stimpson has written a workout designed for people who have suffered from a stroke. Each exercise should be done with either 5 or 10 repetitions and repeated for a total of 3 sets before moving on to the next exercise. For best results for function we recommend doing this session 4 times a week as it will only take you around 10-15 minutes to complete.
