Personal Trainer and Associate Nutritionist Aaron Manio has written a specialised fitness programme focusing on weight loss and muscle growth. The plan consists of four lifting workouts and two cardio sessions which can be carried out on the same days as the lifting or on separate days. Aaron demonstrates each exercise within the plan.
