Pool Timetable

The Sportspark Pool Timetable is effective from 16th Ocotber 2018.

We are excited to announce that the UEA Water Polo Squad will be training in our deep pool from 18:00-22:00 every Saturday for this academic year, commencing on 30th September. However, this does mean an amendment to our Pool Programme with the deep end unavailable for public swimming between those times. There will, of course, continue to be lanes available within our shallow end. Thank you

Shallow Pool (25m): Public Swimming
Public swimming sessions for all ages and abilities.  There may be a number of lanes (for lane-swimming) available for those that wish to use them.

Deep Pool & 50m Mode: Public Lane Swimming
The deep pool and 50m mode is split into lanes for lane swimming and is suitable for competent swimmers only – due to the depth of the pool (1.8 metres).

Timetable Amendments
Sportpark's pool timetable may need to be altered during certain periods. The pool may also have to close to accommodate events and club galas.  Closure and timetable changes will be advertised on our website Customer Notices.

Sportspark Pool Lane Bookings - Busy Periods
During certain times (i.e., school holidays), the pool may be extra busy due to the programming of extra courses and activities.

Children/Adult Supervision Ratios
As a minimum, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied in the water by a parent or guardian aged 16 years+ and there must be a ratio of at least 1 adult to every 2 children aged under 12 years. Please see our section on pool policies below for more details.
