I am a dedicated BSc Physiotherapy student at UEA and a qualified sports massage therapist. Through specialized training and practical experience, I have developed a diverse range of techniques and skills tailored to assessing and treating sport related injuries.
My treatments focus on enhancing performance, expediting recovery, and preventing injuries. Since a young age, I have been an enthusiastic football player, but my journey has been marked by a susceptibility to injuries. At the age of 15, I underwent two knee surgeries, which shifted my focus towards finding the most effective methods for rehabilitation. This focus has never faded and is now being channelled towards treating those who find themselves in a similar position to myself.
